The practice encourages mindfulness, deep breathing, and inner awareness, offering a meditative quality that promotes relaxation and balance in both body and mind. Yin Yoga is suitable for all levels and is especially beneficial for those looking to increase flexibility, improve joint health, and find calm in their busy lives. It is the perfect complement to more active or vigorous forms of exercise and yoga. This class has two teachers, Bianca is teaching one week and Purnima the next. Class runs directly after Prenatal Yoga.
