Yin Yoga is a slow, grounding practice designed to target the deeper connective tissues of the body—ligaments, joints, and fascia—rather than focusing primarily on muscles. Poses are held for longer periods of time, usually 2–5 minutes or more, allowing the body to gently soften and release into the stretch.

Fun Friday is going to extend all day, with a 515 Pilates Reformer based class. Expect a strong foundation in Pilates principles with a bunch of randomness sprinkled in (Yoga, Mat, HIIT-dance breaks) etc. Everyone is welcome- all things can be modified to your needs but we will be finding our edge in this class!
