    Fascial Body Workshop

     

    This one of a kind workshop takes place Friday November 14th at 6:00pm and will take the participants on a journey of self study and discovery of fascial stretching from a healing perspective. 

    You will be taught specific techniques of self awareness and dedication to each progressive incremental fascial moment in time as you stretch and elongate. 

     

    BASIC INFORMATION 

    Fascia Stretch and Release is a type of bodywork focused on manipulating the fascia - the thin layer of connective tissue that surrounds muscles, bones, nerves, and organs.

    Fascia helps hold everything in place and allows muscles to move smoothly against each other.

    When fascia becomes tight, dehydrated, or stuck due to injury, overuse, poor posture, or stress, it can restrict movement and cause pain, tension and trauma.
